When Will I receive my photos/video. Please allow up to 21 business days. (Only for US Games)

Normal Time Frame up to 7 business days. 

Refunds: 

Refunds are giving before the game starts. If you request a refund, it must be prior to 30 minutes before the game starts.

            (For example: If the game starts at 7:30pm the latest you can request a refund is 7:00pm.) This is only applying to events that we are attending. If you booked an event that we are not attending, refunds need to be requested 72 hours before the game.

After booking we are not responsible if you or your child does not perform or has a lack of playing time.  Which means you will have to rebook again at full price.

Printing services: For printing if we do not have enough time to print your photo at

the event, we will print an extra photo and mail your photos to a valid mailing address. Please allow 5-7 business days for the photo to be mailed.

Special Request for Photographers: Please note that Photographers are subject to change. However, The Studios Of Alexander provides the best photographers for each event.

highlights mainly. Unless stated otherwise right after booking. For example, if you want us to focus on just their defense, clumsy, handles, and etc
